If you are having issues sending email, this might be due to validation issues with your Microsoft Account. We're aware of an issue where some users see the error message "Your message can't be displayed right now". Microsoft has released a Windows Hotfix file to remove the contacts folder synced by the Teams app. This fix will also lead to a reduction in the total number of contacts on your contact list. We will ensure that all information is retained and only contacts with matching information in all fields will be cleaned up. To check if you have received the fix, review your contact list to confirm duplicates have been removed.

When PST files are beyond the repair scope of the Inbox Repair Tool (ScanPST.exe), third-party PST recovery tools can be a lifesaver. These programs are specifically designed to handle more complex data corruptions. They use advanced scanning and recovery algorithms to parse severely damaged files, reconstruct them, and recover their contents. Restarting your device clears temporary files and can fix minor software conflicts. If the above solutions are not working up to the mark, it simply indicates the corruption in your Outlook PST files.

The procedure is secure and doesn’t lead to any loss of data. But little tools that add extra features to Outlook can be the reasons for Outlook corruption.
